Listing Photos
Each package of listing photos comes with total exterior and interior home coverage and multiple shots of each room, as well as up to five (5) bonus photos featuring the surrounding neighborhood, nearby amenities, or extended acreage. Photos are delivered within 24 to 36 hours after the shoot.
Up to 1,500 finished square feet: $175
Up to 2,500 finished square feet: $250
Up to 4,000 finished square feet: $325
Up to 6,000 finished square feet: $400

Highlights Video Tour
Each highlights video tour includes total exterior and interior l home coverage that best highlights each feature, as well as detail and lifestyle shots for added effect. Each video tour also includes licensed music and sound effects, as needed. Both branded and non-branded versions of the video tour are delivered typically within 36 to 48 hours after the shoot.

Dramatic Exterior Photos
Three (3) front exterior sunrise or twilight images: $75
Client Gift
Give a voucher to your client for a 30-minute family portrait session in front of their old home or their new home, to be scheduled between photographer and client prior to closing for old home or after closing on new home: $125 for a minimum of ten (10) portraits.
Headshots and Branding Sessions
30-minute headshot session, single location, one outfit: $125 for a minimum of five (5) options.
60-minute personal branding portrait session with multiple locations (new listing, office, downtown, etc.) with multiple outfits: $250 for a minimum of 25 images.
“Meet the Agent” Video
Work with Elmore Media to produce a one to two minute video that introduces you to prospective clients. The video includes interviews, your branding, music, b-roll, select locations, and more. The video is perfect for your website or a social media campaign to help you attract new business: Starting at $600
Graphic Design and Social Media Assets
Three (3) branded graphics (New Listing, Open House, Under Contract) featuring a single image: $30
Three (3) branded graphics (New Listing, Open House, Under Contract) featuring a collage of three (3) to five (5) images: $45
